On April 23rd, 2020 Governor Brown held a press conference announcing that the delay of ‘non-urgent’ medical procedures (Executive Order 20-10) will be lifted on May 1st.  This will include dental and medical procedures, as long as a provider meets COVID-19 safety criteria.
