It is now time for Open Enrollment and Renewal.  Membership expires on July 31, 2023.  The annual rate remains:

$68.00 per Household for Combined Air and Ground Membership

Attached you will find a summary of the Mercy Flights Services and Membership Benefits for you to review.  If you would like to take advantage of the Mercy Flights Membership, please return your payment and only complete and return the enrollment form if there are changes (such as: address or household members) back to the Local Union 659 office.
