Labor Management Cooperative Committee of Oregon Pacific-Cascade Chapter NECA and IBEW Local 659 referred to as LMCC 659, is running an Incentive Program to help organize new members so we can staff all the current and future work in our jurisdiction and thus maintain and grow our market share.  Any electrician and apprentice who becomes a new member, with no previous IBEW membership, under the Inside Agreement, the Sound & Communication Agreement or Residential/Service Agreement will receive an Incentive.
