Offering Childcare support while parents participate in a Pre-Apprentice Program
Updated On: Sep 18, 2019
While the pre-apprentice programs are tuition-free, the high cost of childcare is a barrier to many parents wishing to enter the high-paying construction industry. The BOLI-LCSA childcare initiative works with OSATC-approved pre-aprrenticeship programs across the state to provide childcare funding for parents completing their pre-apprentice couse work.
